Day 4: 10 minute Yoga for Beginners | FULL BODY YOGA STRETCH

Day 4: 10 minute Yoga for Beginners | FULL BODY YOGA STRETCH

Sarah Beth Yoga

Welcome to Day 4 of our 7 day Beginner Yoga Challenge.

Today, we're going to dive into a full body yoga stretch that will leave you feeling refreshed and energized from head to toe.

As always, I'm keeping things simple and accessible for all levels, especially beginners. My goal is to guide you through a practice that will help you feel more connected to your entire body.

Let's talk about why a full body stretch is so important. When we stretch our entire body, we're promoting better circulation, improving flexibility, and helping to relieve tension that may have built up in various muscle groups. It's like giving your body a much needed refresh, which can help improve your overall sense of well being.

In today's video, we'll be moving through a series of poses that target all major muscle groups. We'll start with some gentle warm ups and then move into stretches for your legs, hips, back, shoulders, and arms. Don't worry if you're not very flexible, this practice is designed to meet you where you are.

You can expect a mix of seated, standing, and lying down poses. We'll take our time with each stretch, allowing you to really feel the benefits in each part of your body.

Ready to give your whole body some love? You can find today's practice here:

Remember, the goal isn't to stretch as far as possible, but to find a comfortable edge where you can feel the stretch without pain. Always listen to your body and back off if anything feels too intense.

I'll see you tomorrow for Day 5, where we'll explore another aspect of beginner yoga. Keep stretching, keep breathing, and keep listening to your body. You're doing amazing!
