Hi, I'm Sarah Beth!

With 12 years of experience as a yoga instructor for millions of yogis around the world, I'm here to help you stretch, strengthen, tone, de-stress, and peel back the layers to becoming your best self through yoga.

As a wife, mother of two boys, and business owner, I understand how crazy life can be! That's why I started creating yoga videos online -- to help anyone re-center through the practice of yoga anytime, anywhere.

With my background as a chiropractic assistant, functional movement is intertwined into all of my sequences. I've also had an autoimmune disease called Ulcerative Colitis for most of my life -- making stress and anxiety relief with mindfulness, breathing exercises, and body awareness a top priority of my videos.

Yes! SarahBethYoga is designed for complete beginners as well as experienced yogis. The library includes beginner-focused classes, pose tutorials, gentle routines, and modifications to help you practise comfortably at your own pace. You do not need to be flexible, strong, or familiar with yoga before getting started.

What is included in the SarahBethYoga membership?

Your membership includes unlimited access to 900+ ad-free yoga videos, exclusive classes, guided programs, yoga calendars, challenges, meditations, and a private member community. You can also create playlists, save your favourite classes, track your viewing history, and download selected videos for offline practice. Classes range from short 5-minute routines to complete 90-minute sessions, with options including Vinyasa, Power Yoga, Yin, Restorative Yoga, beginner yoga, gentle movement, and more.

How does the 30-day free trial work?

The free trial gives you full access to the SarahBethYoga membership for 30 days. You can explore the video library, daily calendar, member community, downloadable classes, and other membership features during the trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. To avoid being charged, cancel your subscription before the end of the 30-day trial.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your SarahBethYoga membership at any time through your account settings. There are no complicated cancellation requirements. After cancelling a paid membership, you will normally continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. If you cancel during the free trial before it ends, you will not be charged.

Can I watch classes on my TV?

Yes. SarahBethYoga can be watched on supported TV devices and platforms, including Apple TV, Android TV, Roku, Amazon Fire TV, and compatible Smart TVs. You may also be able to stream from your phone, tablet, or computer using Chromecast or AirPlay. Device availability may vary, so make sure you are using the latest version of the SarahBethYoga app.

Are the yoga videos ad-free?

Yes. All yoga videos inside the SarahBethYoga membership are completely ad-free. You can move through your practice without interruptions, advertisements, or sponsored breaks.

Can I download classes for offline viewing?

Yes. Membership classes can be downloaded through the SarahBethYoga app for offline viewing. This makes it easy to practise while travelling, commuting, or staying somewhere without a reliable internet connection. Downloaded content is available while your membership remains active and must be accessed through the supported app.

How is the membership different from YouTube?

Yes. SarahBethYoga offers prenatal yoga, gentle yoga, restorative practices, chair yoga, low-energy routines, and beginner-friendly classes. The prenatal program includes routines designed for different energy levels and stages of pregnancy, such as prenatal Vinyasa, gentle Hatha, restorative yoga, morning routines, bedtime yoga, and birth-preparation practices. Before beginning prenatal exercise, speak with your doctor or qualified healthcare provider to make sure the classes are appropriate for you.
