You do not need more motivation. You need a smaller start.
Most yoga plans fail in week one because they ask for too much, too soon. This one starts with a 5 minute stretch. That is short enough to do on your worst day, and that is the point.
Show up for 5 minutes, then 10, then 15. By Day 21 you are flowing for 30 minutes and it feels normal.
Three weeks. One small step at a time.
-
Week 1: Just show up
5 to 10 minutes a day. Easy stretches to release tension.
-
Week 2: Make it a habit
10 to 15 minutes a day. Posture, hips, back and stiffness.
-
Week 3: Own it
15 to 30 minutes a day. Full body flows, ending with a 30 minute Feel Good flow.
-
Every Sunday
Bedtime yoga in bed. An easy day that still counts.

A note from Sarah Beth
I know how it goes. You start strong, life gets busy, and a week later the mat is back in the closet. That is not a willpower problem. It is a too-much-too-soon problem.
So I built this challenge to start small on purpose. Five minutes on Day 1. A little more each week. By the day before Thanksgiving, you will have shown up 21 times, and that changes how you see yourself.
I hope you will join me.

Questions
Is it really free?
Yes. Every class is free on YouTube. You just need your email so we can send your daily class.
I am a beginner. Can I do this?
Yes. The classes are for all levels and start with simple stretches.
What do I need?
A mat or a soft floor. On Sundays, just your bed.
What if I miss a day?
Do the 5 minute rescue class in your next email and keep going. Missing one day does not break the habit. Missing two starts to.
What time are the classes?
Any time you like. The email arrives in the morning and the class is ready when you are.
I am joining late. Is that okay?
Yes. Your welcome email has the full playlist so you can catch up or jump in where we are.
21 days from now, you could have a yoga habit.
It starts with 5 minutes.
